RFID and NFC tickets, RFID and NFC custom cards

RFID and NFC tickets are more and more used in various applications due to their ease of use and the conseguent advantages. Generally made of paper/plastic material, they can have different shapes and sizes(squared, rectangulat etc…). RFID tickets can be provided in reels or individually, they are printed and encoded with printers using thermal transfer or direct impression.

There are various choices of customization within the world of electronic tickets: our productions guaranteea high flexibility under every aspect: available frequencies, chips, formats, shapes, materials, prints and encodes.

RFID and NFC tickets can be made with the HF 13.56Mhz (ISO14443 or ISO15693) or with the UHF 860-960Mhz FREQUENCIES. They can be also made with both of the frequencies(dual frequency) for particular applications.

Single tickets are generally used as an alternative to plastic badges for access control applications “timed”, i.e with a charging system that lasts more than a day, but not as long as a credit card, and more eco-sustainable. In these days tickets found their use also in the fashion world. In these applications the graphic quality, the thickness and the type of the card are a discriminating on the product choice.

The HF 13,56Mhz frequency is considered the universal band and it’s used everywhere for applications such as access control, identification, payments, luggages control, laundry and libraries management etc…

The UHF 860-960Mhz frequencies, on the other hand, are used for the logistic and in the retail inventory.

Tickets in reel or in fanfold are generally made in propylene or in paper(even thermal) for applications where is requested a customization on site where the tickets are used. Typical applications are daily entry tickets and industrial artifacts tracking (also in this case the tickets are made in propylene).

Depending on the application, eben with tickets will be possible to choose between the HF(in particular NFC) and UHF frequencies.

Customizations

The ticket size can be customized based on specific project requests. The solution requires a minimum developement cost for the die-cut size mold (once) and 1 week of developing time.

With the developement of a die-cut size mold is also possible to choose the possibility to add a hole (of any shape and size), with sharp or rounded corners, single or in reel/fanfold. More customizations can then be verified during the design of the ticket according to the desired specifications.

THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING

Monochromatic printing made with intergrated RFID moduled printers. It allows to print variable contents such as progressive numbers, barcodes, QR codes and data from databases. The advantage of that is the possibility to print directly at the customer’s place with the maximum flexibility.

FOUR-COLOUR OFFSET PRINTING

Four-color print, made with dedicated printers. It allows to print high-definition contents, starting from the vector file provided by the customer. This printing technique allows the maximum duration of the contents printed, especially if the chosen surface is plastic (PVC, PP or PET).

LASER ENGRAVING

The laser engraving is a content-impression technique, used to print variable values (serials, progressives, barcodes, QR codes etc…) on a single ticket (not in reels).

  • UID (or TID) database association - serial number - user memory encoding of NFC/HF/UHF tags
  • UHF EPC memory encoding
  • Insert the UID (HF) code into the EPC (UHF) memory of HF+UHF dual-frequency tags

For specific needs we can  provide complementary accessories with tickets, such as lanyards for applying fashion tags, realize double frequency tickets (HF and UHF), develop overprints or evaluate specific client needs.
