Global Tag IN-METAL TINY FAMILY is a wide range of RFID UHF transponders, designed to be embedded into metal object. They go from the smallest size available in marketplace to the biggest one, that allows to reach long reading distances. The portfolio is made to cover all the possible requests and, as in retail and fashion market, it can be considered as “tailor made” on customer requirement, from XXS to XXL size.
Designed for indoor and outdoor environments, with IP68 class protection, these RFID UHF tags for metal represent the perfect solution for industrial and manufacturer factories and the best solution to interconnect objects in the new paradigm of the Internet of Thing (IoT).
The IN-METAL TINY FAMILY is also available with many different options as 3M adhesive for an easy way to fix, printing options as Logo or progressive number or batch number, as engraving serial number, also in thickness side. At last we can encoding EPC and User Memory with customer’s information, also directly from database file.
To install TINY in On-Metal solution can be used 3M adhesive or magnet (where available) or glue. Follow the instruction on technical datasheet in order to improve performance. For In-Metal solutions you need to make hole with size as specified in the technical datasheet. The UHF tags for metal can be fixed with resin or glue.

Designed for indoor and outdoor environments, it is the best solution if you need to integrate transponder into a small metal objects as surgical instruments or on screw or again in objects where transponder need to be hidden. As option, there is special version for high temperatures, that withstands up to 240°C.
