The idea to design this product was born in order to satisfy a client necessity: the need to apply the RFID technology on threes identification inside a very wide space implied the ideation of this silicon tag, that has 2 holes at its side ends, in order to be applied in a very easy way on any surface. In fact, it was enough to tighten a couple of screws in the appropriated holes to obtain a large number of information about the three.  In this way it’s possible associating a code to a specific three in order to monitor it,  and thanks to the user memory placed in the chip, it’s possible to write some data at user discretion (three age, made chemical treatments etc.).
Waterproof, and so ideal for outdoors environments, RFID Patchy is the perfect mix between resistance and flexibility, with a reading distance that can reach 7 meters.
The ductility of this product is demonstred by applicability in different sectors. Thanks to its low costs and its strenght,in fact, it’s recommended to trace the different phases of the production in order to save many time and to avoid making mistakes; it’s possible to manage the maintenance,  applying the tag on an object in order to monitor it during a long time; finally, thanks its size (142x22x2 mm), in the presence of a distribution of goods rather bulkye , the Patchy is the best solution to develop a fast  way  of inventory to speed up pick and place, stocking and moving operations. Besides, it’s possible to customize your own Patchy according to your needs: possible customizations start from logo printing, serial number printing, barcode and/or Qcode printing, to EPC encoding, temporary or permanent contents lock through a password and association between EPC and TID codes in database.
