New RFID Ticket
105 x 78 mm format for Identification and traceability
The new RFID TICKET in the 105 × 78 mm format is a solution for item identification and traceability, combining RFID technology, space for printed information and two mounting holes. Its surface can accommodate logos, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes, bringing electronic identification and visual information together on the same ticket.
This configuration expands the application options of the RFID TICKET family, supporting projects that require a tag to be attached directly to the item being identified. The mounting holes allow attachment using cords, cable ties or suitable fasteners, according to the object and installation requirements.
105 × 78 mm Format with Integrated Antenna
The ticket measures 105 × 78 mm and incorporates a 70 × 15 mm antenna.
The format provides space for information that helps identify the item, combining electronic RFID identification with visual elements such as text, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes. The same ticket can therefore carry both the information required by operators and the data used by the traceability system.
Two Mounting Holes
The rectangular structure with rounded corners features two mounting holes, suitable for use with cords, cable ties or other fasteners appropriate to the application.
This attachment method allows the ticket to be secured to containers, equipment and other assets, offering a practical solution for projects requiring mechanical fastening.
Customized Printing and Encoding
RFID TICKET can be customized with company logos, text and variable data to meet the customer’s identification requirements.
RFID encoding is defined according to the selected chip, available memory and data to be stored, including information supplied from a customer database.
Main Applications
The ticket can be considered for several applications, including:
-
identification of containers and materials;
-
management of equipment and company assets;
-
traceability within logistics and production processes;
-
support for inventory activities.
The format presented is one of the available configurations in the RFID TICKET family. Dimensions, shape, material and chip can be selected according to project requirements, taking into account the item to be identified, the operating environment and reader compatibility.
