Trust is the basis of any relationship and when this is missing it is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve great results. This person no longer works with us (that sentence has definitely consumed the already fragile balance that had been created between us) but it has helped us understand what qualities people need to have in working in Global Tag: empathy, willpower, smiles and mutual trust.
